Hey ladies!
So I've decided to go back to using my OPKs this month (I used them once in June but bumped into an anovulatory cycle and gave them up for a while), and today I got my very first positive!
So now, I know I'm supposed to BD within 12-36 hours.
But see, here's the thing. Hubby's really the every other day type, and we had last night. I don't think he'd be able to function three days in a row, so my question is, when is it best to BD?
Shall I wait for 12, or 24 hours?
He had an SA this week, and although the results were overall within reference values, his motility was so-so (55% Grades A, B and C, with 33% Grade A during the first hour/sperm survival after 24hours: 20%).
I want his spermies to survive long enough to catach that eggie, so what do I do? We're already using conceive plus, and I'm on grapefruit juice.
Thank you!
