positive opks way after ovulation

Hi all
i am very confused, i am currently on day 29 of a 34 day cycle (approx 6-7dpo) and i thought i would do an opk just for fun, wierdly though it came back with a blaring positive, is this too late in my cyle to get a positve or could i maybe be pregnant. please help.PS my HPT was negative, i am using One Step internet cheapies.Thanks xxx

No I dont. Just use the opks. I know I ovd because I got a positive 10 days ago . Just cant see why its positive again. Took another tonight and it was darker than before.

I have heard you can get another lh surge before AF shows ..They can also show positive when pregnant .. I hope it's the latter for you! Good luck!

Hi girls. It is still happening. Blazing positives for three days now. Took a hpt strip this morning but results are inconclusive,Just shadow lines. My af is due in three days so I am hoping she wont show and my preg tests might be more clear. Xx

It's normal to get a positive close to your period.
