For those of you that don't know our situation, me and my OH have been living separately, he at his mums and I at my parents. We can't afford a mortgage on our current income and rental properties are few and far between. His mum wants to cut her work hours, move in with her partner and rent her house out to cover the income she'll lose. Guess who her tenants are going to be (so long as we can agree on conditions/rent etc).
And what this means is... we'll probably be able to strt TTC quite soon hopefully everything works out!

Thanks it's exciting and a bit nerve wrackong too as it's the first time I'll have lived away from home! But at least it will be somewhere familiar glad I went ahead and bulk bought a load of OPK's now
