Anyone else suffer with this? I had my epi 4 days ago and started getting headaches that got worse everyday. My hearing went muffled too.
Today I had to go and have a blood patch. Where they take you're own blood and inject it into the epi site.
For those reading that don't know, a post dural puncture happens when they put the epi in the wrong place and puncture where the fluid is. This makes you leak the fluid around your brain and causes headaches. By injecting blood back into it, it seals the hole
But because mine was 4 days ago I have to make back all the fluid I lost so it will take some time to get back to normal. They also punctured it twice. It took them 2 hours to do the epi because they messed it up the first two times.
Just wondered who else had been through this?
