I'm coming up on my 6 weeks of postpartum healing and want to start working out to tighten everything back up cause I've literally lost every bit of my muscle tone and I want it back. I am smaller than I was pre pregnancy but everything is flabby and jiggles! Anyone that has experience with working out can you please give me some light workout tips that aren't too strenuous but very effective. Something i can do at home that won't take a lot of time since i have a very needy lo! I want to tighten my thighs, butt, breasts, and especially my tummy that's where most of my flab is because of stretch marks! Thank you very much in advance!
