Hi all,

Firstly I'm so sorry to anyone who has been through a mc(s) or any other kind of loss.... and I'm sending you massive hugs.

We've just been through our 3rd mc and today I went to see the professor at the recurrent miscarriage clinic and she has offered us an Implantation Clinic procedure where they check the count the uNK cells in the lining of your womb.... if there are too many, they treat you with "Prednisolone" - which she explained is a Steroid... it is linked to help miscarriages although it's not proven.

So.. I'm trying to find out alot more about it before we go ahead with it (a) because I'm not sure I want to go through another procedure and (b) we have to pay for it ourselves.

Has anyone been through the procedure?
Have you been prescribed Prednisolone to avoid miscarriage?
Did it work?
How long did you take it for? Before TTC, during pregnancy?
What side effects did you have?

I'd truly appreciate any advice you can offer.

Please do note that I have posted this is different forums to hopefully maximise the advice I may receive.

Many thanks all.. sending you all lots of floating kisses.

xx
