What are some good prefold brands, I already plan to get the thirsties hemp duo prefold, any others that can be bought in more bulk?

I really like the Cloth-eez prefolds they sell at greenmountaindiapers.com. I use them with Bummis super whisper wraps and top them with fleece liners.

Green Mountain Diaper's Cloth-eez for sure. They are really soft.

I ordered a couple hemp duo prefolds and some indian prefolds. Hope they work.

I have both the ones from Green Mountain Diapers and the Diaper Rite ones from Diaper Junction. They are extremely comparable in quality, but the DR ones are quite a bit less expensive. I'd go with them. They have both bleached and unbleached, too.

Well, I am going to throw my vote in for Imagine Prefolds that you can get through Nicki's Diapers. They are fairly inexpensive and come in a variety of options (white, unbleached, organic, bamboo, "SmartFit", and Indian). I've been using these for my daughter since she was a baby and recently bought a dozen newborn (XS) for the new baby's stash.

I hadn't heard of the Diaper Rite ones, so I went and looked. They look good too, but the price seems to be about the same as the Green Mountain Diapers. 12 smalls came out to 27.48 vs 28.00 for a dozen GMD smalls. They must've raised their prices.

Actually, you can buy the Diaper Rite ones by the dozen and a dozen smalls is $23.25 vs. the $28.00 for a dozen smalls at GMD.

I just looked again, though, and it does look like GMD has the advantage on shipping for orders less than $49. They have flat-rate shipping of $6.95 per order up to $99. DJ has free shipping on orders $49 and up, but to ship just a dozen prefolds to me would be over $15, so if that's all I was buying it would save $4.50 or so buying from GMD. It's been a long time since I ordered from GMD, but back when I did they didn't offer flat rate or free shipping, so that's nice that they do now.

I haven't personally tried any of the Imagine prefolds, but I have heard good things about them.

Ah, thanks for the clarification. I didn't see the option to buy them by the dozen. I wish GMD sold them individually too, or at least by half dozens.
