Pregnancy after a c section

Hey guys just wondering if any of you are pregnant after a previous section and what your stretching pains feel like? I have a constant dull ache at the pit of my stomach, like my uterus is aching basically... I'm 7 weeks along I've been tested for a uti and that was negative, I'm starting to get a bit worried about the possibility of adhesions because my emcs was brutal!

Just wondered what you all thought?

I had stretching pains at 8 weeks and 13 weeks but I assumed it’s just uterus growing and not associate it to my csection
