just found I am pregnant a few days ago was super excited. But for the past few days I am having major anxiety and panic attacks as I did before I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I have hashimotos. I went to the ER on Thursday night and they only ran a TSH test and me levels were close to 7. All the doctors there agreed my anxiety must be stemming from the thyroid and that I needed to see my specialist asap! Then the anxiety wouldn't led up after having taking the recommended dosage of anxiety meds my family doctor prescribed, so i went back to the ER they ran another blood test this time my TSH was 3.5. This time the doctor said this had nothing to do with my thyroid and that I need to stop thinking it does??? I am so confused. How long will this anxiety last, if its too long I don't think I am going to be able to get through this pregnancy. Could it be a combo of all these different hormones surging, my 2nd trimester will it go away
