Pregnancy before AF after MC?

Just wondering of those who did m/c and then get a BFP before AF arrived did everything go ok? Did you have another m/c? Did you think it was related to waiting or not waiting? Also, for any others who got a BFP after a loss, have you been really paranoid/scared during the pregnancy, or alright?

I got my BFP exactly 4 weeks after suffering my loss,up to now everything has been fine but I am extremely paranoid about everything! Going to the toilet is a nightmare as I'm constantly checking for blood.

I got my BFP 5 weeks and 6 days after my loss. So far I'm about 5 weeks (although not really sure when I ovulated, so basing it on some spotting that I had that I'm guessing was ovulation spotting which I've never had before incidentally).
I am a little paranoid - I'm really not holding my breath this time. My mc was my first, after 3 healthy children but I'm a lot older now, as is my partner, and I have quite a few health issues. So, I really hope this baby survives but I'm not getting too attached just yet...

my son was stillborn at 36+2 weeks on 2nd Jan 2010, i got my bfp on 15th Feb 2010 (6+2 weeks later). meaning i conceived just 2 weeks after my son was born. My rainbow was born 36+2 weeks after his brother on 13th September 2010 and is now a healthy happy almost 20 month old xxx
