Pregnancy bloating?

There is a picture attached of what would be pre-prgnancy and what would be a 7 week "bump", it looks to me like I've become very bloated compared to the first picture 2 months ago... Yet I had two bfns a week and a half ago??!

I know everyone keeps saying "go see your doctor" but I'm just so stubborn!
