Pregnancy cramps??

I am on week 2 of Fertilaid supplement. I have had major lower abdominal cramps for two days, white/clear stringy discharge (small amounts). I thought I might be ovulating. I have a heaviness/ uncomfortable-ness in my abdomen, and just today has a twinge/sting so bad in my left breast that I gasped out loud at a restaurant and made people jump. The twinges are on/off. I thought for sure I wouldve started AF, but nothing. I also have been eating salsa for breakfast. I dont want to get excited, but has anyone had these symptoms and got a BFP? I cant gage a missed period because I have PCOS and havent had a period since Oct 3rd.

I'm not a big believer in symptoms before a missed period but I swear I've been having soreness/twinges in my left breast as well, also an increased appetitie. I'm 6DPO, AF due in 7-8 days, I'll let you know.
