Pregnancy induced vertigo

I'm almost 10 weeks prego now. I've got the regular nauseousness - pretty much all day- but the pregnancy has now triggered Menieres Disease, which comes with severe vertigo, diarrhea, vomiting and sweating. Attacks take a couple of hours, but I'm exhausted and hungover fr another 24 hs afterwards. And by the time I recover, the next episode is there. It started in 3rd trim in first pregnancy and lasted fr as long as I breastfed. I'm dreading this pregnancy now. My hubby is of no support and talks about termination. We have decided not to try fr nr 2 in case I miscarry now, but wanna give this little bean every chance. It's hard to realise I am on my own as I get no support from hb. He hates seeing me ill and even normal ms freaks him out. Any tips on how to deal with this and to get him to support me instead of suggesting termination?
