Pregnancy insomnia

I'm so freaking bored!
I probably go to bed about 11 and I'm still tossing and turning .. I refuse to watch tele because I would never sleep.
Is there anything you guys do to help you sleep?
My boobs hurt too which isn't helping (they've not hurt once durin pregnancy.. Lucky me) lol.

I have this problem occur too. Especially when I'm home alone and the boyfriend is at work. My boobs hurt as well, not to mention having freaking contractions and back labor pains. So painful it's so hard to sleep now.

i have no problem going to sleep im always exhausted but im finding im waking up at 4am and not being able to get back to sleep most mornings now
