Pregnancy or pcos?

Today I am 8 days late for AF.

Earlier this month I went to the doctors, she suspected I have pcos. So I went back for a 21 day blood test. I still haven't had the result - that was the 13th of may!

On cycle day 30, they called me in for another blood test - the nurse said they wanted to double check my progesterone. I thought this was odd as I've never heard of anyone having progesterone checked on cycle day 30 - AF was already due by that point.

So here I am, wondering if I'm pregnant or is it that I actually have pcos and my body is suddenly messing with me.

I've always had 28-31 day periods, I'm unusually late. But I don't 'feel' pregnant.
I haven't done a hpt yet... I keep putting it off because I've been cramping as if AF is going to show.

Can anyone shed any light? I realise that no-one can tell me what's going on... I think I'd just like someone to talk to! Lol.

Hi! I dont have a great deal of advice but i didnt want to read and run. Sounds very confusing u poor thing. I would just test to put your kind at ease, and if its negative AF should prob arrive in the next couple of days. Goodluck!

It's just nice to share it with someone as I haven't told anyone what's on my mind! Lol.
My OH knows I'm late but I told him AF is most likely coming as I've been cramping... I don't want to concern him as he's just starting a new job.

But even though I've been having cramps, there's still NO sign of AF. My left breast was sore last night (as if I had pulled a muscle) but today it's completely normal.... The wait is so annoying!

Have you ever heard of anyone having progesterone checked on cycle day 30? ...that's been playing on my mind x
