Went to my first class this morning. It was great! Took it really easy at first as been having lots of ligament pain and first exercise during this pregnancy, but I really enjoyed it! Feel much better for getting off my backside too! Swimming is the next plan...
 
aquanatal classes are brill hun you should try and find one in your area x
 
Funnily enough after my class today the instructor mentioned that she does an aqua aerobics straight afterwards and to maybe try that sometime! Think I will. Thanks :) xx
 
Presumably pilates that's modified to be safe for pregnancy! So probably will be quite gentle rather than some of the harder stuff.
 
Exactly, there was another lady who's had her baby a few months ago and the instructor gave her different exercises to me. It was very controlled and gentle but I can feel it in my muscles tonight! X
