Pregnancy rhinitis/sinusitis - any advice?

Just found out this is a thing and clearly I am suffering from it. Thought I was getting a sinus infection but seems it might be rhinitis. Anyone have some advice on how to deal with the blocked nose and sinusses? I have been rinsing my sinuses once a day - thinking I might need to increase it.

I suffer too and I find putting a couple of drops of olbas oil on a tissue next to my bed helps relieve the blocked nose.
