Hello ladies! I am 3 months postpartum. I have been questioning whether I might be pregnant again. My periods returned 1 month postpartum, but I am EBF. I am also on the mini pill and take it at the same time every day. I have just been feeling many of the same symptoms I did before I found out I was pregnant the first time. I didn't get a period this month (which I hear is normal for EBF) so I thought I would test...I really have no idea when I ovulated! I used a cheap version that uses blue ink. The first one I took yesterday morning and got a negative, and when I looked at it again this morning, it had a very, very, very faint line. I assumed it was just an evaporation line, so I tested again today and another very faint line (as in, you have to hold it under the light just so to see) appeared right about at the 10 minute mark. My friend saw it as well, so I know I'm not crazy. ;) Both lines are the faintest blue...I plan on testing again on Sunday, but with a better test! So I was just curious what your thoughts are? I am fine with either outcome- though I would like a little more time to rest before having another!

My periods were all over the place whilst breastfeeding / mini pill. I would go months without a period. I generally only got a period when my daughter slept through the night (very rare).

All that being said it is possible with you getting a faint line ... I would test again maybe with an early pregnancy one x

Kelskiii, I am glad to know that that's pretty normal then. I had heard that postpartum periods were notorious for popping up here and there! Well, that's the thing, I did use an "early" pregnancy test, but it was an off brand version that was pretty cheap, so I didn't know if that could make a big difference or not.

Is it normal for an evap line to appear that quickly? I guess it would make sense, since they say not to read the results after 10 minutes. :/

**Edit: I don't know if it's worth mentioning, but I took that second test in the middle of the afternoon!

Well, I tested this am with the better test and got a BFN! Oh well! 😐
