pregnant 9 days after ovulation, hows this hapened?

I had my last period start on 14 December 2011, me and my partner didn't have intercourse from this date until 6th January 2012.

I have a 28 day cycle and was due on my period on 11th January. I'm like clockwork and as I hadn't started my period by 13th I took 2 pregnancy tests which were both positive!

I don't know how this has happened? I have a 4 year on son and a 11 month old son, and thought intercourse at this time in the month would be safe!

you may have just ovulated later and you had sex at the time of delayed ovulation... it can happen

you might want to get this post moved to an actual thread instead of testing area though...
