Pregnant?? Advice please!!

My last period was Aug 27th, I stopped Aug 30 and started back Sep 1st and stopped again around the 4th. Well Sep 27th comes around and NO period.. Then Oct 1st and still NO period. I've been cramping, feeling sick, not as hungry as usual, peeing more, headaches, emotional. And today I felt so so sick all I wanted to do was throw up, got sore nipples since yesterday. I went to the doctor and had a pee test on the 18th and it was negative. Well what do y'all think? I've had a friend that had a negative test and was 23 weeks and I've had a friend that had a negative HPT and a blood test that said she was only 4 weeks, turns out she was 9months and delivered 2 weeks later!! I'm so torn and confused

If request a blood test from your doctor as HPTs don't work for all women. Good Luck! Xx
