Prenatal vitamins advice

I take seven seas trying for a baby, it has all the necessary vitamins and says that it helps regulate the hormones in the body

I'm still taking pregnancy vitamins from before my miscarriage. The way I see it is that the pregnancy vits have much the same In them as the conception ones

I'm taking garden of life vitamin code. It's a whole food vitamin and super high quality. (Nothing synthetic.)

I just take folic acid as most vitamins have iron in them and my body struggles to process it :(

I am taking nature made prenatals with DHA in softgel form. along with additional folate.

I'm not sure whether they're considered pre natal but I take multi vitamins & omega 3 fish oil. I've been doing so for the last two cycles now. I intend to start using pregnacare once I finally have a BFP.

You might have trouble processing folic acid too, then. Inability to process synthetic vitamins is a sign of MTHFR gene defect. I'd suggest switching to L-methyl folate, which is the activated form of folic acid. It's MUCH easier for your body to break down, making it a lot more effective for preventing neural tube defects. :)

And thank you, Lisa! I'm taking it day by day. :happydance:
