Prenatal vitamins

Anyone know how long or what the recommended amount of time to take prenatal vitamins for before conceiving? Also, does anyone else ever get sick off of them? I was super nauseous after taking my first ine(apparently I didn't take food with it soon enough).

If you are actively trying to conceive you should start taking a prenatal. I buy ones from Wal-Mart that are coated and I have no issue with them.

I have been taking them off and on since we started TTC, never noticed any nausea from them but I can see it happening if you don't have much in your stomach when you take them.

I took mine for over a year before i got court with the dd hun just hang on in there lv it Will happen x x
