So far I've seen/had people mention, raspberry leaf tea, evening primrose oil, perinium(sp?!) massage, clary sage and probably others that my baby brain has blocked out!

I think I'm fairly up to speed on RLT but am pretty clueless about everything else!

    Can anyone fill me in?!xx

EPO - said to soften cervix to make dilation speedier and easier
Perenium massage - reduces chance of tearing
clary sage oil - said to induce contractions and is good for pain relief during labour

    HTH :)

    Thank you! :D

What do you do with all these things, or when do you use them? Are they likely to counteract each other if you use more than one?!x

Iv started drinking RLT supposed to make labour shorter as it makes contractions more intense quicker? Not sure about EPO, I think its capsules? And Im not sure about clary sage oil, but good thread im also interested to know how we can prepare/help labour! :) xx
