Since TTC I have made a lot of changes in my life and have done things/not done things to make sure when I do get pregnant it starts out a healthy pregnancy. So my question for everyone is...what lifestyle changes have you made? or things you have done to prepare yourself for a healthy pregnancy?

Here are some of mine:

-quit smoking a year ago cause I knew I would be trying soon.
-started prenatal vitamins the day I went off the pill.
-only use organic hair color and products in my hair.
-cut caffeine(still have the occasional caffeinated drink but not during TWW)
-don't drink diet soda drinks anymore because of the aspartame.
-don't drink alcohol during TWW
-use Green household cleaning products or make my own using vinegar or baking soda.
-During TWW I think more about what I'm eating or what I shouldn't be eating before I actually consume the food (for example I don't eat precooked meat during TWW, unless heated)
-Regular exercise, I go for at least a half hour walk every morning.

Here is what I read today about how to prepare for pregnancy - https://ovufriend.com/article/how-to-prepare-for-pregnancy-and-is-it-really-worth-it,23.html

Not sure if I'm having more but we are tempted, but I get a bit crazy when TTC, I research and take vitamins etc and eat organic etc, I don't drink or smoke anyway. I always took colic acid for 3 months or more before.
