Preseed, Softcups, SPERMY questions

This might be a little graphic and maybe even disgusting but I just have to ask. SO this is our first cycle using preseed and im sure it is helping as I know I had very little CM on my own. But even before I started using that after DH would pull out there was always fluid and such that came out too. So it is still possible to get pregnant even if you have some leakage after right? Or is there not a very good chance and you really should use the soft cups to keep the little in?

The reality is, whatever healthy sperm came out is already on their way....so anything that leaks out is most likely unhealthy sperm...a softcup isn't needed. But some women (including myself) have used them to just stop leaking after sex.

Personally, I only use it if I have to get up and go after sex, because I can leak for awhile after (I think it's mostly preseed) and it annoys me to always have to run to the bathroom.

Thank you! I am actually a RN. Pediatric though not OB-GYN haha so I have been telling myself this for a YEAR...that no matter what they start swimming right away and what does come out is just semen and gross lol...but after a YEAR of trying and not becoming pregnant I started to second guess myself and thought maybe I should be doing something different!

I understand the softcup thing if you have to get up and go! I am the same way the leaking feeling lasts for a while and continues to gross me out lol

Thank you for reconfirming my original thought as this is something I KNOW....I'm just reaching for straws because im so ready for the BUMP and im no specialist so I thought perhaps I was misinformed! lol
