Pressure in bum?

Ive had pressure in my lady parts for the last two weeks or so, but today it has been joined by pressure in my bum and top of my legs?
Does this mean anything ?

I think it has something to do with baby dropping, as I've been getting it too. The other day I could have sworn I was going to poop him out every time I sat down or bent over.
