I'm waiting for my first af after a mmc, I think I ovulated two weeks after I mc so af due wed, is it ok to use tampons as I usually would now? Actually looking forward to AF coming so we can start TTC again!

I think I read somewhere that you shouldn't use tampons for up to 6 weeks.
After my MC I actually wrote Mooncup (that's what I use) and asked them, they gave me 8 weeks.
Last time I used pads was about 15 years ago, and I was surprised at how much better they are these days!

Hi Cattia! Hope your doing ok. I know after you give birth they say no tampons for six weeks but not too sure about after a mc, I would give EPU a call and double check

How are you doing mummy? Any news on the pregnancy tests? I have my fingers crossed for you. I've looked it up online and the general consensus seems to be that it's ok to use tampons but I wil check with the epu just to make sure x

I'm ok thank you I tested again today after leaving it a week and it was negative so I guess now I will wait to see if AF turns up as I'm really unsure when I ovulated,

Arghh it's a pain isn't it! I really think I ov a week and a half ago, I can usually tell by my cm. I am hoping AF shows on Tuesday or Wednesday this coming week so I can get back to normal cycles and TTC again. I hope yours settles down soon for you Xx

Yes I just wish it was straight forward but at the same time I'm trying not to get obsessed with it, I'm using ovulation tests but getting obsessive with them lol.

I just want to be pregnant NOW!

Fingers crossed AF turns up for you soon so you can start trying again!!

Good luck Helly, hope it's a real BFP for you. I swing from not thinking too much about it to really linging to be pg again. I hope we all catch a BFP soon, it would be great to be back in first tri together Xx
