So DH and I just started TTC. I have PCOS and someone in my support group suggested using the OVIA app to help track and chart.
I'm looking for a reliable BBT, OPK, & HPT. Does anyone have suggestions?
Also, what about fertility-friendly lubriacants? I read the following article, but I am unsure as to which one is actually good. Anyone try any of these?
