Profile Picture??

I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times, but how do you put up a profile picture please??

go to user cp, down the left hand sides a bar, you'll see two options, edit profile picture and edit avatar. Avatar is the one that everyone sees under your name with your posts and your profile picture is the one people see when they click on your name and view profile. You can have these pics different or the same.
