Progesterone capsules vaginally?

I've taken progesterone supplements before but never vaginally. I am supposed to start vaginal supplements on Friday but the ones they gave me look just like regular oral capsules. Do I literally just place one of those in my vagina?

Yeah my pharmacist said so too. Its yucky. Wear a panty liner or all your underwear will get stained pink!
