progesterone cream users?

Anyone? First cycle using it ladies ivehad 16 day cycles lately and i wanna see what it will do to my cycles

I used it for a couple of cycles. You use it 24 hours after confirmed ovulation (that's how I did it). I bbt, so I went based off of my temps...if I saw the temps starting to fall how they normally do when AF is on her way I would stop using the cream. It didn't do anything for me honestly cycle length wise.

I was told to wait at least 3 high temps so i did, i need major helpbwith my luteal phase since its beyond short lets see how it goes what brand did u use and dosage?

Thanks, trying not to read into my chart too much lol! So many let downs ugh!

I used Emerita Pro-gest cream, I had to do them in 12 hour dosages. 1/4 tsp (20mg of progesterone per serving) every 12 hours. I just got the single use packets at the time since I thought it was easier (it was BUT it goes fast).

I called my Dr and he said trying the suppositories wouldn't hurt. I'm happy he said yes; I didn't think he would. I'm excited to give it a try next month.

I'm currently using suppositories starting day after O. (Progefik 200mg) I usually ovulate on CD18 and get my period on Cd27 so I also have a short leutal phase. I don't get my period until I stop taking them so I guess it works but I also feel more pregnancy sysmptoms when I take them and it gets my hopes up lol. I also get stronger periods with the suppositories. Is this the same for you girls?
