Progesterone cream??

hi... I have a quick question...

I take Agnus Castus and Primrose oil upto O and I am thinking about starting to use progesterone cream from O onwards as I think I am lacking on the progesterone front.

Has anyone got any advice as to how to use it and any happy ending type stories to tell after trying it?

Hey! I haven't used it but have heard some great things about it! I know people use it for the second part of their cycle and u can buy it from progesterone.co.uk. I was thinking of getting some as I seem to have a short LP but I read that you should be wary of using it if it hasn't been proven that you are low in progesterone? Xx
