Progesterone cream

Hi all! I use a progesterone cream that my doctor has directed me to use CD 14-28, and to continue to use in the case of pregnancy. I'm CD 29 today, 10dpo, and while I had a bfn this morning I don't really feel out completely. My question is, since I've read that stopping/missing progesterone can cause a miscarriage, should I carry on using the cream until I get af? I wonder if that delays my ovulation for the next month should I not be pregnant this month?

Anyone with experience with this, I'd so appreciate your thoughts! Thanks!

As it is just the cream I would continue it just to be safe until you are late and if still getting negatives.

Use it till AF. It won't delay anything next cycle if you stop it at AF.

I use npc now as I did with my daughters pregnancy. And don't freak out if you kiss some doses. I did with dd and it didn't hurt anything.
