Progesterone levels decreasing and on suppositories. Help!!

My HCG level went from 1070 to 12,900 in 5 days which is great but my progesterone went from 20 to 14.5. The specialist has me on endometrin 100 mg progesterone suppositories 2 times a day. Anyone else take this? How long do you wait between doses? 8 hrs? Just confused. Anyone have side effects? Thank you!!!

I was on it and I took on every 12 hours. They are horribly messy tho and now I do injections instead. I cant speak to the level tho. Good luck!

Thank you, adr75050! That's what I was assuming was 12 hrs. The pharmacy didn't put The pamphlet in The bag with it. Was going to call specialist later today to ask but I took mine at 440 pm last night and then just took second dose at 440 am. Thanks again!!!

I always have them with ivf and yeah they're not pleasant! 12 hrs apart or as close as you can get. Also I find it better to take them rectally, vaginally is way messier....
