progesterone question

If I accidentally too 200mg progesterone can I go back to 100mg progesterone tomorrow or will it cause my period to start?

You might get a little break through bleed/spotting but it shouldn't turn into full AF

Thank you! For some reason she gave me 200mg oral and 100mg suppositories (different prescriptions). I hear that the oral is less effective. Should I switch to the suppositories?

I take the oral pills and the only side effect is dizziness. I take them at night. The suppositories are messy... I think it's a personal choice

Do you think the oral is as effective?

I am leaning towards that ONLY because its a higher dose.

Yes the oral is as effective. My progesterone went from 13.6 to 39 after taking the pills for just a couple of days
