Projectile vomiting??

In 3 out of the 4 feeds my little one had overnight he has projectile vomited it all back up - I have never seen so much milk, didn't think he could even drink that much. After a 10 min rest he fed again each time and was fine.

I am a worried that he is getting too much and vomiting it back up - has anyone else experienced this or got any advice. I think I might also call the Bf midwife to see what she says.

would call midwife as projectile vomiting isn't 'normal' posseting or even reflux sick. My little girl has refleux and when she's sick it tends just to pour out of her mouth not fly out.
Is a good sign that he's quite happy in himself though, might just be he guzzled it or there's something in it he can't tolerate. Def mention to midwife though. But if he's happy i don't think you need to worry too much

I spoke to the midwife and as he is feeding again after he has been sick and is keeping it down she has said that he is just being greedy!! I have started taking him off every 5 mins and winding him and it's working, no more being sick!!!!
