Hi girls

I've been worried for the last few days because I can't face the things I usually eat that give me protein - fish, meat, even my porridge.

I've found a really useful website that calculates how much protein you need each day and it even has a special calculation for pregnant women. It also has a table with the amount of protein in a lot of foods which is useful - you can actually rack up a day's worth without eating lots of high protein food.
A relief for someone who's diet consists of crackers, cream cheese, crisps, satsumas and lemon sherberts!

Hope this is useful.
