I've got to ring my MW for physio referral but dont know how im gonna get there as when its at its worst, i can barely walk.
I dont want to take codiene as it will bung me up and im not going to the loo that often anyway....
Been for my usual afternoon lie down when I 'drop' and its so sore to turn which i do often as Its painful lying on either side and trying to get comfy........Ohhh rant over....Im just fed up and tetchy...tired and not wanting this to go on for the next 11 wks till baby born.

hi i too have this prob....im expecting twins and it started bout 21 weeks...im now 32 weeks & got referred to have physio at 25 weeks....every time they feel that my hips have come out of place & they put them bk...but to be honest the pain get worse! :( she gave me a belly belt to wear but its so uncomfortable to wear a u cant sit in it. she gave me a tens machine at my last appointment which has helped it slightly. if i take codeine it keeps me awake at night but does help with pain...if i take just paracetomol it does hardly anything for pain but allows me to sleep at night so i cant win really!

wish i could offer you some advise its awful having back/pelvis problems. im finding everyday tasks such a mission & i cant walk sometimes...when i get out of bed 1st thing i have to take deep breath in with every step as hips are like i need a replacement!! god i sound like an old age pensioner! lol xx

i feel your pain!

i'm sick of people telling me it's the 'joys of pregnancy' it clearly is not - there's plenty of pregnant ladies not hobbling about like an OAP!!

I want to get on in the house and get everything ready but i manage about 20 mins and need a break :(

my physio said 'yes, your pregnant, deal with it'!!! going to have to talk to midwife again, its getting to the point where i don't know how i'm going to labour well with being so immobile!!

MW phone still switched off....eeekkkk it feels a bit worse over this weekend...like the bones are sore and grinding....
Going to keep trying!

i feel your pain, girls! oh and yeah i hate when people tell me that "well oain is normal...you are pregnant" oh thanks a lot for telling me because all this time i thought that i'm horribly bloated! ughhhh
