PSOS and pregnancy... STRESSED!

I had a m/c in january and found out that I have PSOS. I just found out abt 1.5 weeks ago that im pregnant. ive had a few hcg checks and so far its up to 2958 according to my doc. Had an u/s yesterday and they said they dont see anything. no gest sac, no fluid nothing. How could this be?? ive been spotting but im sure that becuz of the PSOS. and ive been taking progestrone gel injections, which has stopped the spotting. Why cant they see anything? Im hoping it just too early to tell

Don't know I'm afraid - could be too early.

I have PCOS too and it does add an extra worry.

Are you going back for another scan?

next scan is monday.. i spoke with someone else and forgot tht my uterus is tilted so that might be why
