Ptrogesterone HELP!

First thanks for taking the time to ease my mind lol.

Let me give you some backround.
I had been seeing a fertility dr since I have PCOS. I get blood tests weekly so I am pretty on top of my levels.
I was told I would have to take Metformin , Prenate mini, and clomid to become pregnant.
Well I was on the metformin and the prenate mini but no Clomid and I got pregnant. I literally found out I was pregnant the day my period was due I took a test and it was positive and proceeded to take 6 more lol. anyway Monday 10/20/14 ( before I knew I was pregnant) I went in for my regular tracking and blood work. On Tuesday 10/21/14 AF was due didn't come and I took a test that afternoon it was positive.
I called the dr who told me to come in on Thursday 10/23/14 when they took more blood tests and gave me an ultra sound.
The Ultra sound showed the Corpus Leutem ( sp) was present I was told it was a good sign since it helps the hormones along. my lining measured 14 mm I was also told that was a good measure.
I was told my blood work from Monday 10/20/14 ( before I even knew I was pregnant ) showed my HCG level was 30 and Progesterone was 6.
I went in today for more blood work and another ultra sound and I also got the results of Thursday's ( 10/23/14) blood draw. so in 3 days the 20th to the 23rd my HCG level went from 30 to 67 and my progesterone went from 6 to 9. I was told since the HCG levels on Thursday were so low we probably wouldn't see anyting on the ultra sound. Well we saw the Sac which also means my HCG levels have to of gotten in the 800-1000 range for the sac to of registered on the ultrasound. Now the Sac it'self is only 3mm Which I was told as normal sizing for 4.5 weeks ( 20dpo) but it's there! I was told the Embryo it self wouldn't be there for another 2 weeks or so.
Now for my current worry my progesterone it's only a 9. I was told that is low for being 4.1 weeks ( 15dpo) along that is the blood work we were working with. I asked if I could take something and my Dr's answwer was mother nature will do what she needs to to keep the pregnancy viable. WHAT! that is not what I want to hear. I want to hear ok lets get the next set back and go from there. I want to do everything possible to save this pregnancy I've miscarried once before and I'm kind of freaking out and this DR pissed me off sorry for the wording but I'm angry! So i started b6 on my own. I feel like it's up to me to save this baby since my dr is a let nature take it's course type apparently.
has anyone had a progesterone level of 9 in early pregnancy and progressed to have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby? Pleas eadvise calm me down something I'm driving myself batty.

I will tell you about my story....I had three miscarriages (all under 8 weeks). After the 2nd miscarriage I went to a fertility doctor. Anyway, he put me on Clomid and I got pregnant the first month. So here are my numbers:

12 DPO (2 days before missed period) HCg 82 Progesterone 42
15 DPO HCg 325 Progesterone 40
19 DPO HCg 1539 Progesterone 28

Since my progesterone was decreasing slowly, my doctor prescribed promethium (progesterone). I am taking a 200mg a day pill. He checked my levels at 23 DPO, after I started progesterone and my HCg was at 6338 and progesterone was 58. He was happy with the level of progesterone.

When my doctor has patients that do not have a history of miscarriages he still keeps their progesterone above 18 or else he prescribes a supplement.

There is no reason for a doctor to not prescribe you a progesterone supplement. 9 is pretty low. I don't meant to scare you. I just want you to know the truth so you can do something. It does not hurt you or the baby. I am so baffled why a doctor wouldn't prescribe anything to you. This could be the difference between losing a pregnancy or keeping it.

If you can, I would DEFINITELY find another doctor!!

Well I got blood work done yesterday and an ultra sound so I'm going to call this afternoon and see if the results are back. If the progesterone is not abouve 15 I'm insisting on some kind of suppliment. I'm not a let nature take its course kind of person. Like Isaid I started b6 on my own after reading it helps progesteron along.

Wooooooooooo Hoooooooooo ! I called my regular OBGYN and told on the specialist lol. My regular GYN who has been my Dr for over 10 years was in aww that the specialist did not immediatley prescribe a progestorine suppliment since I have a miscarriage in my past. He immediatley precribed a suppliment 200 mg in the morning and 200mg at night. I'm 4weeks 6 days along so my fingers are crossed this is the boost I needed. My hcg's are doubling every day and a half they are currently a 412 which for 4 weeks 5 days I've read it's normal since it went up drastically in 5 days the 23rd is was 67 and the 28th is was 412 so it's doubling in the right time frame.
fingers crossed and prayers that this turns out to be the pregnancy I've been waiting for.

YES!!! Great News!! I knew there had to be something wrong with that doctor!! Praying that you have a healthy baby in about 9 months!! Congratulations!
