Pulsating Uterus

Has anyone else had this? Anyone know what this is?

I've had this a few times over the last couple of weeks. It's kind of like when your eye twitches - really fast. Mine has always been on the left side (seemingly in the same spot) as are the majority of the twinges and rlp I have.

I've read on google that it can be your own heartbeat, but with how fast the twitching/pulsating feeling is, I don't think its my heartbeat. And I know that it can't be baby. It's nothing that I'm concerned about, but it's just a little unnerving when it happens.

Mine does, but it's definitely my heart beat and not my baby.

I have a strong HB and my tummy has always pulsed because of it, and now I have the bump it is quite a bit more obvious lol.

Braxton Hicks contractions. Totally normal but they feel weird!

I know mine were early baby movements. It starts getting a bit clearer as the weeks go on. I didn't have any tightness or stomach hardness so I don't think mine were Braxton Hicks.

my belly pulses and twitches to my heart beat .... never noticed it pre pregnancy but ye definitely a few inches above my belly button i can feel it and see it when i lay flat and look down.

Baby movements! One time when i was hugging my OH around 14-15 weeks we both felt this really fast almost like vibration against our bellies it was cool!

Hmm I'm gettin it right now and it's just so fast like a mile a minute (obvious over exaggeration lol) so I definitely don't think it's my hb. I mean sometimes I do think it's my hb when it's a lot slower.

The main thing that makes me think it's not baby is that it is below the pubic bone maybe halfway down, left side. I mean maybe it is. I don't have experience to base it on lol

I don't it's BH - I thought that there was more of a tighten/ hardening of the uterus?

Your 14 weeks right? So yeah movements would be felt lower around your pelvic bone so it could and probably is baby wiggling around..alot of woman who felt it around 14 weeks describe it as twitching or vibrating feeling. It could also be muscle spasms maybe??? I mean if you want to convince yourself its not the baby then my next guess would be spasms..but it sure is nice thinking its the little one moving around!

Its definitely not BH cause yeah like you said BH causes your uterus to tighten up..

Sounds like baby to me! I'm almost 14 weeks and that's where I feel babies movement

Oh! I'd be thrilled if it were baby!

I didn't realize that the movements would be that low which is why I didn't think it'd be baby. I think vibrating is a better term for it. I notice it mostly when I'm laying down.

Me too! When I'm laying down in bed is pretty much the only time I feel it.... I've felt it a couple times if Im leaning forward or something too

spunky I've felt the same thing!! and pulsating is the best way i could describe it too! it feels so funny! I really think its baby movements! i started feeling it last week but have only felt it a couple times.

I would get these even before I was pregnant so when I felt them, I knew they weren't my baby. Feels just like a muscle twitch!

I feel something different now that I'm pretty sure is baby. I still get the twitches so I can tell a difference between baby movement and the pulses.

I was feeling this yesterday at night and though it could be baby but they were there for so long I figured not, weird
