Pyelectasis?

Anyone else have a baby diagnosed with pyelectasis? My son was just diagnosed at 19w4d during my 20 week ultrasound. His measurement was 4.4mm. He had no other soft markers or issues seen at the scan.

I would appreciate any first hand stories\experiences. Trying not to worry, but of course when you know something is wrong it is hard to think about anything else.
