Not 100% sure on cost but when I did it last year I think it was around £1.80 per shake/soup but dont quote me in that as cannot remember exactly.They have a website which gives lots of info and also details of your local counciler who you can contact for further details.x

Each product cost me £2 each which over 1 week, works out quite a lot I was on the 800cal plan so having 2 products per day but if you do the sole source, you have 3-4 products a day..if you go on the website, it gives you a list of consultants in your local area

Its around £40 a week on average, depending on where you are really..

and just go on the cambridge website and search for a counsellor in your area and email or phone to arrange a meeting... asses your weight and what plan you should do and away you go
