Q on teething?

Currently going through it but do they STAY grizzly til the tooth comes through or does it come in waves? I need just 1 day of normal baby please not monster child xx

my LO pretty much stayed fussy when they were just about to erupt until they were about halfway out. Then she has been normal for awhile, but I just noticed that her two upper front teeth are about to come in.
