Question- 7 month old baby boy

My baby boy is almost seven months old, and i dont know if this is normal, maybe just because he has realised he has hands..
But he wont leave his bits alone like scratching and grabbing them, is it because he just realised he has them, or are they itching him?
Even when he has his nappy on hes like trying to pull it off
I'm so amature at this mummy bussiness LOOL​

Yeah Violet's been doing this too.
But I imagine she sees it as just another part of her body to explore like her feet etc. I touch her there when I change her, just like I touch her tummy and toes and hands etc so it's completely normal for her to touch herself there as well - just like she does anywhere else.

As long as he isn't really scratching down there and seems like somethings bothering him then I wouldn't worry at all x
