Question about AF and 14 DPO

This may be a dumb question....

I know that AF begins on day 1 but is it 14 dpo that I should expect it or the day after 14 dpo that I should expect AF?

I'm 14 dpo...my temp went down a little bit...so I have a feeling it is going to show up sometime today. I feel crampy too.

It totally depends on the person!!! Everyone's luteal phase is different. Mine is usually 12 or 13 days as I ovulate a bit later in my cycle. The best way to detect when af is coming is using your temps!
