Question about Eco Earth Fabric and Nappies

I made an order for some boosters and a wrap back in early Feb with this company, their website seems to be down/expired and I 'm a little worried as my paypal says my order hasn't been shipped yet.
Does anyone know what has happened? Have you ordered anything lately from them?

Their ebay store is working, and I just sent them a message in their FB page.

Do you mean https://www.ecoearthfabrics.com? The website looks to be working fine to me.

I would email them rather than using Facebook. Companies sometimes miss messages/posts on there and it might not be the same people looking after it e.g. I do a FB page for a company from home but I have nothing to do with sales/orders so I would then have to email the company to get them to respond to a FB message. It might be quicker for you to do it yourself

They changed their web address from https://www.ecoearthfabrics.co.uk/ to .com I feel silly!!!

I will email them I just panicked for a sec as I realized I haven't heard from them.

I haven't ordered from them recently but I don't think they had the quickest delivery when I ordered a while ago. I think they do a lot of big fabric orders so that might slow them down. Hope you get your stuff soon!

I hope so too. In their site they say that they try to do the shipping within a week from the day of the order. It could explain the delay.
