Wonder if anyone can help me with a question I have about opks (Clear blue). This is my 1st month using them. Today was the first day that I have used one and I got a smiley face. My cycles have been quite long recently, approx 43-45 days so I used the 1st one on day 12 of my cycle as suggested in the instructions. Is it likely to be a false result? Can anything affect the result (e.g. my OH and I had sex last night).
Want to be pleased that I've had a smiley as I haven't known for sure whether or not I was ovulating but can't help doubt the result.
