Question about switching :)

Hey ladies!

Wondering if you could help..

I know it's a while off... but I'm planning on B/Feeding for a while... i'm just concerned that as soon as I try to give him a bottle.. he wouldn't take it as he's used to breast.

How do you manage/tackle that? Do you tandum feed and alternate between bottle and boob... do you do that from day one?

Any advice would be brilliant.

Most babies will take a bottle if introduced within the recommended window of six to eight weeks; its pretty rare for them not to xx

My LO had to have bottles for medical reasons in his first week then didn't have any more until he was six week; and he took it fine-he only refused them after I tried to introduce them again after another five months-that gap was too long. My middle two boys didn't have any bottles (of expressed milk) until 6-8 weeks+ and were totally fine xx

We introduced a bottle of ebm at 6 wks and it was fine. She has 1-2 bottles a week now when I am at the gym.
