Question for all of you who got a BFP :)

I am currently ttc #1. Right now I am 4 days late for AF and on CD 36 (my cycles have never been longer than 32 days). I took a hpt this morning and it was negative. It was a Target brand early result test. Just wondering if any of you experienced this and got a negative result after your AF was due only to find out that you were actually pregnant? I am just trying to gauge whether or not it is silly to keep hanging on to hope. Any input would be great. And congrats to all of you on your BFP's!!!!!!

Can't say that I experienced that. But if you aren't charting you wouldn't necessarily know how late you are, you might have just ovulated later than usual. If you haven't already started I highly recommend charting. Good luck!
